Keynote though turns out not to be as efficient a route as staying in PowerPoint, which most of us know better anyway. You can use this by uploading to files and attaching as resource, or in other ways. On Mac, VisualHub is a dandy and very inexpensive utility which will convert the swf file to a flv and you'll have a far smaller file which plays with an adequate controller in Moodle. Several drawbacks: Moodle doesn't by default put a controller on a 'swf' though it will a 'flv' version of the file.
